My name is Dr. Aisha Mitchell-Washington. I am the founder and CEO of AR Mitchell Consultants LLC. My company aims to help individuals achieve joy, inner-peace, and best self through therapy and guidance. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years. This has allowed me to gain a wide range of diverse experiences, which has helped me build the skills and wisdom needed to best help others.
